Aspen Animal Hospital COVID-19 Updates
The safety and well-being of our families and their pets have always been of the utmost importance to us. In response to the growing concerns around the coronavirus, we will be doing curbside appointments and our hours may vary from what is posted on Google. Please call the clinic ahead of time to ensure we are open. We will still be accepting both wellness appointments and sick patient appointments for the time being (this is subject to change). Communication will be handled via phone as much possible; exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, this is up to the staff. ALL CLIENTS ARE TO REMAIN IN THE PARKING LOT AT ALL TIMES.
Please come to the front entryway when you arrive, a staff member will come out to you and your pet. Patients will be taken inside the clinic for examinations and treatments, but clients will need to remain in their vehicles. Staff members will be taking payments to the clinic for you. If you are ill please make sure to let the staff know so that they can take extra precautions.
If you need a medication refill or prescription diet, please call ahead and a staff member will arrange to meet you at your vehicle.
As COVID-19 becomes more widespread, we will be doing our best to remain open to see your pets. Moving to a curbside service will hopefully allow our staff to remain healthy and our clinic to remain open! We hope that we can continue to offer you and your pets the best care possible. We ask that you be understanding during this time of transition as appointments will take longer and we will not have the same availability. From the entire Aspen Animal Hospital team, we thank you for your patience and ability to adapt.
